Experience Halloween at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London

Get ready for a magical and spooky Halloween at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter! This autumn, the popular Dark Arts feature returns, giving Harry Potter fans the chance to explore the wizarding world with a darker and more mysterious atmosphere.

Visitors can walk through some of the most famous Harry Potter sets, see original props and costumes, and discover how the films were brought to life.

🎃 Experience Hallowe’en at Hogwarts

Visit the Harry Potter Studio Tour and experience Hogwarts during Hallowe’en, just like in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

• See the Great Hall decorated with more than 100 floating pumpkins.
• The pumpkins were specially carved by the film’s Prop-Making Department, with each pumpkin having a different design.

🧙 Meet Death Eaters and Dementors

• You may see Death Eaters throughout the Studio Tour wearing the original-style costumes and performing duels.
• Try your own magic and learn some Defence Against the Dark Arts techniques.
• Dementors will appear in the Forbidden Forest, surrounded by darkness and special effects.
• Be ready to use your Patronus Charm!

🆕 New for 2026

There are two new experiences this year:

• Secrets of Sound Effects: Learn how the scary and atmospheric sounds in the Harry Potter films were created.
• Nagini: Visit the Creatures Workshop to discover how Voldemort’s snake was created using a mixture of practical models and CGI.

🍬 Food and Drinks

There will be special Dark Arts-themed food and drinks available around the Studio Tour.

You can visit:

• Food Hall
• Frog Café
• Backlot Café

You can also book The Hogwarts Table for dinner or Afternoon Tea, with special Dark Arts-themed options.

⚠️ Special Effects and Important Information

During the Dark Arts experience, there will be:

• Death Eater actors around the Studio Tour
• Lighting and sound effects
• Pyrotechnics at Hagrid’s Hut, the Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley
• Extra lighting and sound at the Hogwarts Bridge after 6pm
• A Dementor demonstration in the Forbidden Forest using lighting and water-based smoke

A practical model of Nagini will also be displayed in the Creatures Workshop.

If you do not want to experience these effects, you can ask a member of staff to help you avoid these areas.

You can see the floating pumpkins, encounter Death Eaters, face the Dementors and enjoy special food and behind-the-scenes Harry Potter experiences.
