CHOCOLATE PAN CAKE

An amazing dish which can cooked in a very short period of time and can be enjoyed with different toppings.

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Melted Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chocolate syrup for garnishing.
  1. Sieve together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add milk, melted butter, egg, sugar and salt and mix well.
  2. Heat the skillet and pour a ladleful of batter on the skillet and cook on both sides until brown.
  3. Garnish with chocolate syrup.
