Bowmore is the malt from the world’s oldest Scotch whisky maturation warehouse. Gentle, approachable peat smoke compared with heavier Islay whiskies such as Ardbeg or Laphroaig. Notes of citrus (orange, lemon), honey, vanilla, tropical fruit, and coastal/briny character are commonly mentioned.

A great balance between smoke and sweetness, making it a good introduction to peated Scotch.
